Glow Recipe launched their new WATERMELON GLOW HYALURONIC CLAY -PORE-TIGHT FACIAL to their water melon family line up.
It's a five minute mask treatment that is applied at home which aims to decongest the pores and exfoliates them with a smooth texture. It's a creamy and luxurious mask and the formula doesn't make your skin dry or stretchy squeaky after use.
Clay masks are not renowned for giving hydrated or dewy skin. But to my surprise this was hydrating and gave my skin a very natural glow after use.
Formula :-
Watermelon enzymes from fermented watermelon and the fan-favorite natural watermelon scent, plus PHA and BHA for smoothing texture and ultra-fine blueberry seed powder for gentle physical exfoliation.
Combined with chemical and physical exfoliants such as Watermelon Enzymes, BHA, PHA, and micronized blueberry seed powder.
Because of this unique combination of natural fruit extracts , it gives that facial finish to skin as you would have post-facial in spa .
How to use ?
Apply on a generous amount on a clean face, leave it for 5 minutes. Then rinse off with luke warm water. If you have a super sensitive skin , leave it on for 2 minutes . Gradually increase the time till your skin gets use to .
You can use twice a week or once a week for that quick facial or before any special occasion. I would recommend it using twice a week if you have clogged pores or skin is looking dull in texture. It definitely clears the skin texture and unclogs the pores.
Caution :-
You may experience slight tingling after applying. If it's intolerable wash off the mask and rub ice on face.
Apart from this , this mask is amazing from my experience. Even though I have sensitive skin ,I dint get tingling or discomfort after I applied .
